The crystal beaded bracelets are made with authentic and natural crystal beads.

Every piece is handcrafted to order, so please allow for any slight variations in the pieces. These minimal variations show the care and love put into each piece being handmade for you.

Everyday- Wearing silver jewellery regularly helps prevent tarnish because the natural oils in your skin slow oxidation.
Chemicals- Make sure to remove jewellery before going near any chemicals, such as swimming (chlorine) or cleaning (bleach/ammonia).
Cleaning sterling silver jewellery-
Mild soap & water – Use warm water and a gentle dish soap. Rinse thoroughly and dry with a soft cloth.
Polish with a soft cloth – Use a microfibre or special silver polishing cloth to restore shine.
Silver polish – For heavier tarnish, use a commercial silver polish or cream. Avoid abrasive materials that can scratch.
DIY paste – Mix baking soda and water into a paste, gently rub with a soft cloth, rinse, and dry. (Avoid this for delicate, oxidized, or plated pieces.)

Return Period: Customers have up to 28 days after receiving the item(s) to be able to return them.

Return Conditions: Items must be unworn, in original packaging.

Exclusions: Earrings (for hygiene reasons) and personalised items are non-returnable unless faulty.

Refunds: Issued within 3 business days after receiving and inspecting returned items.

Faulty Items: We will repair, replace, or refund faulty goods in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
